新浪科技訊 7月15日消息，1號店昨日晚間發佈消息宣佈創始人兼董事長于剛、以及聯合創始人兼首席執行官劉峻嶺離職，正在尋找合適的繼任者。

　　于剛和劉峻嶺在聯名發佈的內部信中表示，相信這是一次理性的選擇，是經過數個月內心煎熬和充分思考後的選擇。

　　沃爾瑪 全球電子商務總裁尼爾·阿什(Neil Ashe)在內部信中表示，1號店已成為沃爾瑪顧客服務戰略的一個重要組成部分，“非常信任王路領導電子商務業務的能力，同時對填補其他重要領導崗位充滿信心。在目前的過渡期，Roger和Daisy將作為臨時領導和協調人。”

　　親愛的1號店人：

　　我們在此懷著感恩之心與不捨之情向和我們一起走過精彩創業歷程的小夥伴們告別！所有的舞會都會有最後的一首曲，我們帶走的是美好的回憶，留下的是創造中國電商歷史的足跡，是厚愛1號店的顧客，是共贏的合作夥伴，是誠信、顧客、執行、創新的企業文化，是1號店精神！

　　自八年前我倆在一間小屋裏一張桌上孵化網上超市的概念，1號店走過了從無到有，從小到大，從大到強的歷程，進入了中國電商的第一梯隊，成為中國top100品牌。在我們記憶裏珍藏的事和大家一起在倉庫通宵盤點的激情，送貨時看到顧客收到滿意商品的喜悅，在客服中心解決了顧客問題的欣慰，每次創造吉尼斯紀錄時的開心，打造業界一流供應鏈的自豪，在全球領取各種獎項時的驕傲，看到大家在事業上不斷成熟和成長的成就感。

　　我們決定離開1號店去追求新的夢想。這次選擇是我們人生事業中最艱難的一次，也是最難以割捨的一次。我們把1號店看成我們的孩子，傾注了所有的心血和情感，我們吃飯，走路，做夢都想到1號店，1號店是我們的一切，我們用“心”而不僅是用“腦”做1號店。但我們相信這是一次理性的選擇，是經過數個月內心煎熬和充分思考後的選擇，我們也堅信1號店的精神會被大家傳承，1號店的品牌會被顧客愛戴，我們也會永遠支援1號店。

　　For the past four years， Yihaodian has been an important part of Walmart’s strategy to serve customers in China. In a relatively short time， Yihaodian has become one of the leading e-commerce businesses in China and one of the most admired by its customers. All of this has been made possible by your tireless efforts and by the entrepreneurship and leadership of Gang and Junling.

　　在此，我要通知大家：剛和峻嶺已經決定離開1號店去開創他們下一個事業。自從沃爾瑪投資1號店以來，我有幸和二位共事，對他們創新的勇氣、專注顧客服務的激情以及為1號店的業務所打下的世界級的基礎深表敬意和感激。

　　I want to share with you that Gang and Junling have decided to leave Yihaodian to pursue their next venture. I have had the pleasure of working with them since Walmart began its investment in Yihaodian. I can’t thank them enough for their innovation and their passion for serving customers， and for creating a world-class foundation for this business.

　　然而，令我最為心存感激的是兩位創始人將你們帶入1號店。你們是我們業務發展的核心驅動，擁有你們讓我們振奮不已。我們的顧客依靠你們每一個人的努力讓他們的生活更美好。

　　But， I am most thankful to them for bringing all of you together in Yihaodian. You are the heartbeat of the business and we are thrilled to have you on the team. Our customers depend on all of you each day to make their lives better.

　　We are confident in the leadership Wang Lu is providing from Walmart Global eCommerce， and we are backfilling other key leadership positions. We have asked Roger Song and Daisy Dai to provide interim leadership to the organization.
