據浙江省寧波市口岸辦消息，寧波獲得海關總署、國家郵政局、中國郵政集團等機構批復設立國際郵件互換局（交換站）。作為外貿大市和全國首批跨境貿易電子商務服務試點城市，寧波獲批國際郵站將為國內跨境電商開啟方便之門。
According to the news from Ningbo Port Office, Ningbo is approved to establish International mail exchange stations. As the first pilot city for cross-border e-commerce service and foreign trade city, the approval of establishing international post station of Ningbo brings more convenience for domestic cross-border e-commerce.
寧波跨境貿易電子商務服務一直走在國內前列，目前，累計獲得外貿經營權的企業有2萬餘家，出口郵包數量逐年增加。但是出口方面由於國際郵件互換局的缺失，跨境電子商務業務須以郵包、快件方式從上海、杭州出境，大大制約了跨境電子商務的發展。
Ningbo has always been in the forefront on the aspect of cross-border e-commerce. Currently, more than 20,000 enterprises acquire the qualifications of foreign trade and the number of export parcels has increased year by year. However, as for the lack of exchanging offices for international mails, the cross-border e-commerce business must export from Shanghai, Ningbo in the means of parcels or express deliveries which greatly restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce.
而此次寧波國際郵件互換局的設立，將實現與境外郵政機構直接交換國際郵件，使國際郵件在寧波口岸直接通關，極大地減少跨境電商企業國際郵件流通環節，縮短郵件進出口時間。（作者：俞舒珺綜合報道）
