在前兩天舉行的第二屆世界網際網路大會“網際網路創新與可持續發展”分論壇上，義烏市市委書記李一飛介紹了義烏“網際網路+商貿”的新模式。

李一飛坦言，網際網路帶來的變革，對實體市場和傳統行業帶來巨大挑戰。對此，在推動經濟轉型升級方面，義烏採取了一系列措施，“我們稱之為系列組合拳。這其中重要的一拳，叫‘電商換市場’，也就是利用網際網路技術做‘網際網路+商貿’。”
Yi Fei Li admitted that the change of the Internet, the real market and the traditional industry has brought great challenges. In this regard, in promoting economic restructuring and upgrading, Yiwu has taken a series of measure, we call the series combination of boxing. 作為電商強市，義烏電商在“雙11”期間也表現出色。據統計，今年“雙11”期間，義烏電子商務成交額達46.8億元，累計訂單數近3800萬單。同時，在阿里巴巴公佈的全國區域消費排行中，義烏位居全國縣市第二名。
As a strong electricity suppliers, Yiwu electricity suppliers in the double 11 also performed well. 義烏在“一帶一路”大背景下，也在積極推動“走出去”。其中一個重大的措施就是開通了從義烏始發橫貫歐亞大陸，大大節省了物流成本，為義烏的出口貿易以及跨界電商發展奠定了良好的基礎，為浙江乃至整個華東地區和中亞貿易以及歐洲的貿易提供了新的物流通道，同時也打開了新的合作通道。
