當地時間6月17日上午，國家主席習近平在阿斯塔納出席第二屆中國—中亞峰會期間會見烏茲別克總統米爾濟約耶夫。

習近平指出，去年我們在北京和阿斯塔納兩度會晤，就發展兩國關係作出戰略規劃，中烏各領域合作呈現全面鋪開、蒸蒸日上的良好局面。中方願同烏方加強發展戰略對接和治國理政經驗交流，實施更多互利共贏的合作項目，助力各自國家發展，攜手構建更加富有內涵和活力的中烏命運共同體。

習近平強調，中烏雙方要出臺更多貿易自由化便利化舉措，擴大雙邊貿易和投資規模，高品質建設中吉烏鐵路，打造立體化聯通格局，拓展人工智慧、新能源、智慧農業、公共衛生等新興領域務實合作；積極推進互設文化中心，辦好第二屆百校合作論壇，持續加強減貧合作，促進兩國民心相通；繼續深化執法安全合作，共同打擊“三股勢力”，攜手應對新威脅新挑戰，維護地區和平穩定。雙方要在中國—中亞機制、上海合作組織等多邊平臺加強協作，共同捍衛國際公平正義，維護國際經貿秩序。

米爾濟約耶夫表示，習近平主席是世界傑出政治家，領導中國實施卓有成效的內外政策，推動經濟社會發展取得豐碩成果，中國經濟成為世界經濟的重要引擎。當今世界任何重大問題的解決都離不開中國。烏中親如兄弟，各層級交往密切，各領域合作強勁，兩國關係達到歷史上最高水準。烏方珍視同中國的友好關係，感謝中方長期以來為烏經濟社會發展提供的無私支援，將堅定不移奉行一個中國原則。烏方願同中方加強治國理政經驗交流，深入學習中國脫貧攻堅經驗；擴大貿易、投資規模，加強高新技術、互聯互通、農業、綠色能源等領域合作，推動兩國關係高品質發展；加強執法安全合作，堅定打擊“三股勢力”。習近平主席提出的三大全球倡議具有重大時代意義，烏方高度讚賞，願與中方深入踐行，共同維護聯合國憲章宗旨原則，維護國際公平正義，促進世界和平和發展的進步事業。

兩國元首就當前中東局勢交換意見。習近平表示，以色列發動對伊朗軍事行動，造成中東地區緊張局勢驟然加劇，中方對此深感擔憂。我們反對任何侵犯別國主權安全和領土完整的行為。軍事衝突不是解決問題之道，地區局勢升溫不符合國際社會共同利益。各方應該推動衝突儘快降溫，避免緊張事態進一步升級。中方願同各方一道努力，為恢復中東地區和平穩定發揮建設性作用。

會見後，兩國元首共同見證雙方宣佈簽署關於烏茲別克加入世貿組織雙邊議定書。

Xi says all related parties should work to de-escalate Mideast tension as soon as possible, avoid further escalation

Chinese President Xi Jinping said here Tuesday that all related parties should work to de-escalate tensions in the Middle East as soon as possible and avoid further escalation.

Xi made the remarks during his meeting with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the sidelines of the second China-Central Asia Summit in the Kazakh capital of Astana.

Xi said China is deeply worried as Israel's military operation against Iran has caused a sudden escalation of tensions in the Middle East, adding that China opposes any actions that infringe upon sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of other countries.

He said military conflicts are not the solution to problems, and the escalation of regional situations is not in the common interests of the international community.

Xi said China is ready to work with all parties to play a constructive role in restoring peace and stability in the Middle East.
