當地時間6月17日上午，國家主席習近平在阿斯塔納出席第二屆中國—中亞峰會期間會見土庫曼總統別爾德穆哈梅多夫。

習近平指出，中國同土庫曼之間有著牢固政治互信、強烈合作意願、良好互補優勢。中方願同土方一道，繼續在相互尊重、合作共贏基礎上充分釋放合作潛力，全面拓展兩國合作的深度、廣度、規模，推動構建中土命運共同體。雙方要落實好共建“一帶一路”倡議同“復興絲綢之路”戰略對接，擴大兩國天然氣合作規模，拓展非資源領域合作，優化貿易結構，提升地區互聯互通水準；在互辦文化年基礎上舉辦更多人文交流活動，加快互設文化中心，促進民心相通；進一步加強執法安全和防務合作，共同打擊“三股勢力”，提升網路安全合作水準。

習近平強調，中國將秉持睦鄰安鄰富鄰、親誠惠容理念方針，以高品質共建“一帶一路”為主要平臺，攜手包括土庫曼在內的周邊國家共創美好未來。中方支援土方加入世界貿易組織、辦好第五次阿富汗鄰國外長會，樂見土庫曼作為永久中立國在國際事務中發揮更大建設性作用。願同土方加強在國際和地區事務中的協調和配合，共同維護多邊貿易體制和全球南方共同利益。

別爾德穆哈梅多夫表示，很高興在中國—中亞峰會期間同習近平主席會晤，相信峰會不僅將推動中亞國家同中國合作，也將促進土中雙邊合作。土中關係全面深入發展具有重要戰略意義。土方願全面拓展對華合作，擴大對華出口天然氣，深化機械製造、紡織等非資源領域合作，加強互聯互通，推動教育、文化等人文交流，密切執法安全合作，同中方加強在聯合國等多邊平臺協調和配合，維護國際公平正義。

會見後，兩國元首共同見證雙方宣佈簽署兩國政府間經濟技術合作協定。

Xi says China willing to work with Turkmenistan to fully unlock potential for cooperation based on win-win collaboration

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday said China is willing to work with Turkmenistan to fully unlock the potential for cooperation on the basis of mutual respect and win-win collaboration.

Xi made the remarks in a meeting with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the sidelines of the second China-Central Asia Summit in the Kazakh capital of Astana.

Xi urged China and Turkmenistan to scale up natural gas cooperation, expand cooperation in non-resource fields and optimize trade structure. He called on the two sides to accelerate the establishment of cultural centers in each other's countries and promote people-to-people connectivity.

Xi said that China supports Turkmenistan's accession to the World Trade Organization.
