慶祝中華全國總工會成立100週年暨全國勞動模範和先進工作者表彰大會28日上午在人民大會堂隆重舉行。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平出席大會併發表重要講話強調，新時代新征程，必須緊緊圍繞黨的中心任務，匯聚起工人階級和廣大勞動群眾的磅薄力量，腳踏實地、奮發進取、拼搏奉獻，一步一個腳印把實現中華民族偉大復興的宏偉藍圖變成現實。

在“五一”國際勞動節到來之際，習近平代表黨中央，向全國各族工人、農民、知識分子和其他勞動群眾，向各級工會組織和全體工會工作者致以誠摯問候！向香港特別行政區、澳門特別行政區、台灣地區工會和勞動界的朋友們致以節日祝福！向受到表彰的全國勞動模範和先進工作者表示熱烈祝賀！

人民大會堂大禮堂氣氛隆重熱烈。主席臺上方懸挂著“慶祝中華全國總工會成立100週年暨全國勞動模範和先進工作者表彰大會”會標，後幕正中懸挂中國工會會徽，會徽下方是“1925－2025”字標，10面紅旗分列兩側。二樓眺臺懸挂著標語：“以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，堅定不移聽黨話跟黨走，在以中國式現代化全面推進強國建設、民族復興偉業中充分發揮工人階級主力軍作用和工會橋梁紐帶作用！”

上午10時，大會開始。全體起立，高唱中華人民共和國國歌。

蔡奇宣讀《中共中央、國務院關於表彰全國勞動模範和先進工作者的決定》。1670人被授予全國勞動模範稱號，756人被授予全國先進工作者稱號。

在全場熱烈掌聲中，習近平發表重要講話。他指出，中華全國總工會成立100年來，在中國共産黨領導下，各級工會緊緊圍繞黨在各個歷史時期的中心任務，團結動員我國工人階級緊跟黨的步伐、走在時代前列，在推進革命、建設、改革偉大事業中建立不朽功勳，譜寫了我國工人運動的壯麗篇章。

習近平強調，黨的十八大以來，黨中央就工人階級和工會工作作出一系列重要論述，部署推進一系列重要工作，深刻回答了一系列方向性、根本性、戰略性問題，進一步豐富和發展了黨的工運理論，推動黨的工運事業取得歷史性成就、實現全方位進步。各級工會團結動員廣大職工群眾在新時代中國特色社會主義偉大實踐中大顯身手，為如期全面建成小康社會、推進中國式現代化作出了重要貢獻。

習近平指出，100年來的實踐充分證明，我國工人階級不愧是中國共産黨最堅實最可靠的階級基礎，不愧是我們社會主義國家的領導階級，不愧是先進生産力和生産關係的代表，不愧是堅持和發展中國特色社會主義的主力軍。我國工會不愧是黨聯繫職工群眾的橋梁和紐帶，不愧是社會主義國家政權的重要社會支柱，不愧是職工利益的代表者和維護者。不論時代條件和社會群體怎樣發展變化，我國工人階級的地位和作用不容動搖，全心全意依靠工人階級的根本方針不容動搖，我國工會的性質和職能不容動搖。

習近平強調，100年來黨的工運事業理論創新和實踐發展的最重要成果，就是形成了中國特色社會主義工會發展道路。這條道路，堅持黨對工運事業和工會工作的全面領導，堅持全心全意依靠工人階級的根本方針，堅持服從和服務於黨的中心任務，堅持工會組織的政治性、先進性、群眾性，堅持以服務職工群眾為生命線，堅持依法依章程開展工作，是黨領導工運事業和工會工作寶貴經驗的深刻總結，必須長期堅持。

習近平指出，黨的中心任務就是我國工人運動的時代主題。新時代新征程，必須進一步動員激勵我國工人階級和廣大勞動群眾，為以中國式現代化全面推進強國建設、民族復興偉業作出新的更大貢獻。要聚焦推動高品質發展，動員激勵廣大職工和勞動群眾建功立業、創新創造。要順應新一輪科技革命和産業變革，全面提升勞動者素質。要深入踐行社會主義核心價值觀，大力弘揚勞模精神、勞動精神、工匠精神。要著眼推進共同富裕，穩步增進廣大職工和勞動群眾福祉。

習近平強調，勞動模範和先進工作者是人民的楷模、國家的棟樑，全社會要學習他們的事跡、弘揚他們的精神。勞動模範和先進工作者要珍惜榮譽、保持本色，繼續努力、再立新功。

習近平指出，站在新的歷史起點上，各級工會要全面貫徹落實黨中央決策部署，推動工會工作高品質發展。要堅持正確政治方向，把廣大職工和勞動群眾緊緊團結在黨的周圍。要堅持以職工為中心的工作導向，竭誠服務職工群眾、促進職工全面發展。要深化工會改革和建設，不斷增強引領力、組織力、服務力。

習近平強調，工運事業是黨的事業的重要組成部分。各級黨委要加強和改進對工會的領導，及時研究解決工會工作中的重大問題，為工會履職創造良好條件。

李強在主持大會時指出，習近平總書記的重要講話，高度評價100年來黨領導的中國工人運動的光輝歷程和偉大成就，充分肯定中國工人階級和中國工會在黨和國家事業發展全局中的地位和作用，深刻總結工運事業和工會工作的寶貴經驗，對我國工人階級和廣大勞動群眾奮進新征程、建功新時代寄予殷切期望，對做好新時代新征程工會工作提出明確要求。講話飽含黨中央對工人階級和廣大勞動群眾的親切關懷，對工運事業和工會工作的高度重視，具有很強的政治性、思想性、戰略性、指導性，要認真學習領會，深入貫徹落實。我們要更加緊密團結在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央周圍，在以中國式現代化全面推進強國建設、民族復興偉業的新征程上再立新功、再創輝煌。

Xi stresses pooling strength of working people for rejuvenation of Chinese nation

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday called for pooling the strength of the country's working class and the broad masses of working people, and translating the grand blueprint of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation into reality through hard, down-to-earth work.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at a grand gathering to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and honor model workers and exemplary individuals.

The gathering was presided over by Premier Li Qiang. Senior leaders Zhao Leji, Wang Huning, Ding Xuexiang and Li Xi attended the event, and Cai Qi read out the commendations.

A total of 1,670 people were honored as national role model workers, and 756 were recognized as exemplary individuals.

On behalf of the CPC Central Committee, Xi congratulated the honorees and extended his greetings to workers, farmers, intellectuals and other working people from all ethnic groups, as well as to trade unions and their staff at all levels, ahead of the International Workers' Day, which falls on May 1.

Xi noted that the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has written a magnificent chapter in the workers' movement over the past 100 years since its founding.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC in 2012, trade unions at all levels have united and mobilized the broad masses of workers to make significant contributions to the realization of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects as scheduled and to advancing Chinese modernization, Xi added.

No matter how historical conditions and social groups evolve, the status and role of the working class in China, the fundamental principle of relying wholeheartedly on the working class, and the nature and functions of the country's trade unions cannot be shaken, he said.

He stressed that over the past century, the most significant achievement in the theoretical innovation and practical development of the Party's workers' movement cause has been the formation of the socialist trade union's development path with Chinese characteristics.

The path upholds the overall leadership of the Party over workers' movement and trade unions, sticks to the fundamental principle of relying wholeheartedly on the working class, commits to following and serving the central task of the Party, maintains the trade unions' political character, pioneering nature and connection with the people, adheres to serving the working people as its lifeline, and stresses operation in accordance with laws and regulations, Xi said, adding that such a path must be upheld in the long run.

The Party's central task defines the theme of the times for the workers' movement in China, he said.

On the new journey in the new era, it is imperative to focus on promoting high-quality development and motivate the broad masses of working people to strive for achievements and be innovative and creative, he said.

It is essential to ride the latest sci-tech revolution and industrial transformation wave, and comprehensively boost the quality of the country's workforce, Xi said.

He called for promoting the respect for model workers, the ethos of work as well as craftsmanship, focusing on advancing common prosperity, and steadily enhancing the well-being of the vast number of employees and working people.

Xi called on the whole society to learn from the model workers and exemplary individuals, and promote their excellent qualities. Model workers and exemplary individuals should also cherish the honors they have received and continue working hard to achieve new successes.

Standing at a new, historic starting point, trade unions at all levels need to promote the high-quality development of their work, he said.

Party committees at all levels should strengthen and improve their leadership over trade unions, promptly study and address major issues in trade union work, and create favorable conditions for trade unions to perform their duties, he added.
