習近平抵達利馬出席亞太經合組織第三十一次領導人非正式會議

並對秘魯進行國事訪問

新華社利馬11月14日電（記者 張遠、郝雲甫）當地時間11月14日下午，國家主席習近平乘專機抵達利馬，應秘魯共和國總統博魯阿爾特邀請，出席亞太經合組織第三十一次領導人非正式會議並對秘魯進行國事訪問。

習近平乘專機抵達利馬卡亞俄空軍基地時，秘魯部長會議主席阿德里安森等高級官員熱情迎接。當地學生向習近平獻花，用中文對習近平到訪表示熱烈歡迎。禮兵分列紅毯兩側致敬。

習近平發表機場書面講話，向秘魯政府和秘魯人民致以誠摯問候和良好祝願。

習近平指出，中秘友誼源遠流長，友好深入人心。秘魯是最早同新中國建交的拉美國家之一。近年來，中秘關係持續深入發展。雙方政治互信日益鞏固，重大合作項目穩步推進，給兩國人民帶來了實實在在的好處。相信在雙方共同努力下，這次訪問將引領中秘全面戰略夥伴關係再上新臺階，推動兩國各領域務實合作取得更多新成果。我也期待出席亞太經合組織第三十一次領導人非正式會議，同各方一道，為建設開放型亞太經濟、促進世界經濟增長、構建亞太命運共同體作出新貢獻。

先期抵達的香港特別行政區行政長官李家超、中國駐秘魯大使宋揚也到機場迎接。

習近平乘車從機場赴下榻飯店途中，華僑華人、中資機構、留學生代表和當地民眾在道路兩旁夾道歡迎，揮舞中秘兩國國旗，高舉“祝習近平主席訪問秘魯取得圓滿成功！”“中秘友誼萬歲！”等紅色橫幅，敲鑼打鼓，舞龍舞獅，熱烈歡迎習近平到訪。

從北京赴利馬途中，習近平乘坐的專機在西班牙大加那利島作技術經停，西班牙中央政府駐加那利自治區全權代表和當地高級官員赴機場迎送。
