中央軍委主席習近平簽署命令 發佈《軍隊生態環境保護條例》

新華社北京9月8日電 中央軍委主席習近平日前簽署命令,發佈《軍隊生態環境保護條例》,自2024年10月1日起施行。

《條例》堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導,深入貫徹習近平強軍思想,深入貫徹習近平生態文明思想,堅持防護為主、治管並重、全員參與、軍地協作的原則,重塑管理體制,健全工作制度,規範運作機制,著力打造綠色軍營。

《條例》共6章50條,突出思想引領、堅持改革創新、注重體系設計,明確軍隊生態環境保護目標和任務,銜接國家政策法規,對環境影響評價審批時限、審批許可權以及環評力量等事項作出調整,細化軍事活動、軍事設施、軍事裝備等方面的生態環境保護要求,助力部隊戰鬥力生成和提升,為實現生態環境效益與軍事效益協調統一提供制度保障。

Xi signs order to promulgate regulations on military environmental protection

BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, chairman of the Central Military Commission, has signed a decree to promulgate a set of regulations on the environmental protection work of China's military.

With the aim of building green military camps, the regulations will reform the related management system, improve work procedures and standardize operation mechanisms.

They clearly define the objectives and tasks of the environmental protection work of the military in line with national policies and regulations, and stipulate detailed requirements for environmental protection concerning military activities, facilities and equipment.

Comprising 50 articles in six chapters, the regulations will take effect on Oct. 1, 2024.
