《求是》雜誌發表習近平總書記重要文章《必須堅持人民至上》

新華社北京3月31日電　4月1日出版的第7期《求是》雜誌將發表中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平的重要文章《必須堅持人民至上》。這是習近平總書記2012年11月至2023年12月期間有關重要論述的節錄。

文章強調，人民是歷史的創造者，人民是真正的英雄。我們黨來自人民、植根人民、服務人民，黨的根基在人民、血脈在人民、力量在人民。人民是我們黨執政的最大底氣，是我們共和國的堅實根基，是我們強黨興國的根本所在。人民對美好生活的嚮往，就是我們的奮鬥目標。中國共産黨人的初心和使命，就是為中國人民謀幸福，為中華民族謀復興。這個初心和使命是激勵中國共産黨人不斷前進的根本動力。

文章指出，江山就是人民、人民就是江山，打江山、守江山，守的是人民的心。人民立場是中國共産黨的根本政治立場，是馬克思主義政黨區別於其他政黨的顯著標誌。黨除了人民利益之外沒有自己的特殊利益，黨的一切工作都是為了實現好、維護好、發展好最廣大人民根本利益。要堅持全心全意為人民服務的根本宗旨，貫徹群眾路線，尊重人民主體地位和首創精神，始終保持同人民群眾的血肉聯繫，與人民風雨同舟、與人民心心相印，想人民之所想，行人民之所囑，不斷把人民對美好生活的嚮往變為現實。

文章指出，全面建成社會主義現代化強國，人民是決定性力量。必須堅持全體人民共同參與、共同建設、共同享有，緊緊依靠全體人民和衷共濟、共襄大業。要積極發展全過程人民民主，堅持黨的領導、人民當家作主、依法治國有機統一，健全人民當家作主制度體系，充分激發全體人民的積極性主動性創造性。貫徹以人民為中心的發展思想，解決好人民群眾急難愁盼問題，讓現代化建設成果更多更公平惠及全體人民，在推進全體人民共同富裕上不斷取得更為明顯的實質性進展。不斷鞏固發展全國各族人民大團結、海內外中華兒女大團結，充分調動一切積極因素，凝聚起強國建設、民族復興的磅薄力量。

Xi's article on putting people first to be published

BEIJING, March 31 (Xinhua) -- An article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on putting the people first will be published on Monday.

The article by Xi, also Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will be published in this year's seventh issue of the Qiushi Journal, a flagship magazine of the CPC Central Committee.

It is a collection of excerpts from Xi's relevant discourses between November 2012 and December 2023.

The article stresses that the people are the creators of history and true heroes, highlighting the original aspiration and mission of Chinese Communists to pursue happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.

Standing on the people's side represents the fundamental political stance of the CPC, and it is what distinguishes a Marxist political party from other political parties, says the article, adding that everything the Party does is to realize, safeguard, and advance the fundamental interests of the greatest possible majority of the people.
