銘記歷史開創未來 見證西藏的輝煌變遷

2024年3月28日，是西藏民主改革和百萬農奴解放65週年，也是“西藏百萬農奴解放紀念日”設立15週年。

自實行民主改革以來，從封閉落後到跨越式發展，西藏已發生了翻天覆地的變化。

西藏地區生産總值從1951年的1.29億元增加到2023年的1026.39億元，2023年增速位居全國第一。交通運輸條件上有了明顯的改善，現如今鐵路、航空、公路，四通八達。據統計，2023年底公路通車里程達12.32萬公里，比1954年的1988公里增長38倍。此外，西藏地區全面建立了現代教育體系，在和平解放前文盲率高達95%以上，而如今已經在率先實行15年公費教育。覆蓋城鄉的醫療衛生服務網路全面形成，西藏地區的每人平均壽命從1951年的35.5歲增加到2023年的72.19歲。

一代又一代涉藏工作者，將一個經濟文化繁榮、社會全面進步、生態環境良好、人民生活幸福的新西藏呈現在世人面前。並逐步錘鍊形成了特別能吃苦、特別能戰鬥、特別能忍耐、特別能團結、特別能奉獻的“老西藏精神”。

孔繁森“一腔熱血灑高原”的無私奉獻；青藏鐵路建設者們“挑戰極限、勇創一流”的豪情壯志；援藏幹部用“責任書寫援藏曆史，用忠誠鑄就愛民豐碑”的誓言；西藏登山探險隊員用青春、熱血乃至生命，一次次刷新世界登山史的新記錄……

在“老西藏精神”的感召和激勵下，越來越多的年輕一代以熱血赴使命，以排除萬難、啃硬骨頭的勇氣和韌勁，掃清一切障礙、克服一切險阻，取得了一個又一個的勝利。

西藏65年滄桑巨變，在新時代黨的治藏方略引領下，在全國人民大力支援下，西藏各族幹部群眾團結奮鬥，各項事業取得全方位進步、歷史性成就。

Remember the history and witness the brilliant changes of Xizang

March 28, 2024 marks the 65th anniversary of the campaign of democratic reform and liberated millions of serfs in Xizang, and also the 15th anniversary of the Commemoration Day for the Liberation of One Million Serfs in Xizang.

The past 65 years have witnessed great changes.

There were significant improvements in transport infrastructure, and now Xizang has railways, air and roads in all directions. The illiteracy rate exceeded 95 percent in the past, while now Xizang takes the lead in implementing 15-years publicly-funded compulsory education. The average life expectancy has increased from 35.5 years in 1951 to 72.19 years in 2023.

Generations of Xizang-related workers have presented a new Xizang with economic and cultural prosperity, all-round social progress, a sound ecological environment and a happy life for the people to the world, and gradually formed the “old Tibetan spirit” of being tough, brave, indefatigable, united, and devoted.

Kong Fansen devoted himself to the Tibetan Plateau with blood. Builders of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway pushed the limit to be the first-class. Officials assisting the region created the history of assisting-Xizang with responsibility and dedicated to the people with loyalty. The Tibet mountaineering expedition, with their youth, blood and even lives, has set new records in the world's mountaineering history time and time again... 

Inspired by the “old Tibetan spirit”, more and more young people have fulfilled their missions at the cost of blood. 

With the courage and tenacity to overcome all difficulties and tackle tough issues, they have removed all obstacles and hardships to win one victory after another.

Xizang has changed dramatically in the past 65 years. Following the CPC's guidelines for governing Xizang in the new era and with nationwide support, officials and the peoples of the various ethnic groups in the autonomous region have worked together, and achieved all-round progress and historic success in various undertakings.

Remember the history and create the future, the Chinese people of all ethnic groups will work together to renew the great unity, great development and great prosperity of all ethnic groups.
