今年，100多家眾創空間開遍杭城，各類創業服務活動多達1400余場。都説創業活動是衡量創業活躍程度的重要因素，那翻倍的活動頻率則是杭州如火如荼創業態勢的表現。為了讓創業之火持續燃燒,杭州正式宣佈發放創業活動券，讓城市的創業生態更為完善。

據介紹，小微企業創業創新基地城市示範創業活動券是政府對服務機構為創業企業、創業者提供公益服務和活動的補助憑證，服務機構可以依據服務人數與用戶評價獲得政府的專款補貼。
