寧波首本不動産證12月28日頒發 産權資訊保護更嚴密

  12月底,寧波市區房産證、土地證二證合一的換發工作將正式啟動,12月28日,第一本全新的紅本本——不動産權證書將出爐。從此,房産證、土地證都將成為歷史。

  所謂的不動産,具體包括土地、海域以及房屋、林木等定著物。不過,與廣大市民密切相關的應該還屬土地和房屋。

  以往,土地和房屋分屬國土和住房兩個主管部門,各頒發土地證和房産證。12月28日開始,不動産登記中心將統一頒發不動産權證書,也就是二證合一。

  新證有什麼亮點?據悉,一旦單元號鎖定了對應的不動産,對産權資訊的保護就更為嚴密。例如以前房地産市場火爆時,曾出現一房兩賣現象,換新證後類似的現象就能杜絕。

  如果房主想查看名下的房子資訊,登入資訊平臺,輸入不動産單元號查詢,就能一目了然。

  不動産登記簿證啟用後,原來各種證書和證明,繼續有效。按照“不變不換”原則,在今後辦理不動産轉移、變更時,可換發新的證書。如果不交易房産,但提出申請也能按新流程辦理新的不動産權證書。
