12月底，寧波市區房産證、土地證二證合一的換發工作將正式啟動，12月28日，第一本全新的紅本本——不動産權證書將出爐。從此，房産證、土地證都將成為歷史。

所謂的不動産，具體包括土地、海域以及房屋、林木等定著物。不過，與廣大市民密切相關的應該還屬土地和房屋。

以往，土地和房屋分屬國土和住房兩個主管部門，各頒發土地證和房産證。12月28日開始，不動産登記中心將統一頒發不動産權證書，也就是二證合一。

新證有什麼亮點？據悉，一旦單元號鎖定了對應的不動産，對産權資訊的保護就更為嚴密。例如以前房地産市場火爆時，曾出現一房兩賣現象，換新證後類似的現象就能杜絕。

如果房主想查看名下的房子資訊，登入資訊平臺，輸入不動産單元號查詢，就能一目了然。

不動産登記簿證啟用後，原來各種證書和證明，繼續有效。按照“不變不換”原則，在今後辦理不動産轉移、變更時，可換發新的證書。如果不交易房産，但提出申請也能按新流程辦理新的不動産權證書。
