The added value of Jiangsu’s manufacturing sector reached 4.66 trillion yuan, accounting for 36.3% of its GDP.
The high-quality development index of its manufacturing sector reached 91.9, ranking first in the country.
The output of strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries in the province accounted for 41.3% and 49.9% of the total output of industries above the designated size, respectively.
All 13 prefectural-level cities in the province were ranked among China’s top 100 cities in the advanced manufacturing industry.
The intensity of R&D investment in the whole society in Jiangsu was about 3.2%.
