The third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China vividly records a series of important statements and speeches made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, based on his experiences in state governance in the new era since the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017. It fully and systematically reflects Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and demonstrates the latest achievements in the Sinicization of Marxism. As for state System and National Governance, General Secretary Xi said:

It is a demanding task for us to complete the comprehensive reform measures put forward at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in 2013.

現在距離2020年在重要領域和關鍵環節改革取得決定性成果僅有一年多時間。

Now there is only a little more than a year to go before 2020,when we have scheduled decisive results in the reform of important areas.
