《習近平談治國理政》第三卷生動記錄了黨的十九大以來習近平總書記在領導推進新時代治國理政實踐中發表的一系列重要論述，全面系統反映了習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想，集中展示了馬克思主義中國化的最新成果。關於攜手構建人類命運共同體，總書記這樣説：

The third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China vividly records a series of important statements and speeches made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, based on his experiences in state governance in the new era since the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017. It fully and systematically reflects Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and demonstrates the latest achievements in the Sinicization of Marxism. As for a Global Community of Shared Future, General Secretary Xi said: 

金磚機制的誕生和發展，是世界經濟變遷和國際格局演變的産物。

The BRICS mechanism owes its birth and growth to the evolving global economy and international landscape.

在第一個10年裏，金磚合作乘勢而起，亮點紛呈。

In its first decade, BRICS cooperation got off the ground and bore rich fruit. 

五國秉持開放包容、合作共贏金磚精神，

We five BRICS countries, guided by the BRICS spirit of openness, inclusiveness and win-win cooperation, 

推動各領域務實合作不斷深入，深化了團結互信，

have expanded our cooperation, strengthened our solidarity and mutual trust, 

增進了五國人民福祉，拉緊了利益和情感紐帶，

improved the lives of our peoples, and drawn our bond of interests and friendship even closer. 

為世界經濟企穩復蘇並重回增長之路作出了突出貢獻。

Indeed, our cooperation has contributed much to global economic recovery and growth.

開放合作是科技進步和生産力發展的必然邏輯。

Opening up and cooperation provide a sure way to achieve progress in science and technology and growth in productivity. 

貿易戰不可取，因為不會有贏家。

Trade wars should be rejected, because there will be no winner. 

經濟霸權主義更要不得，

Economic hegemony is even more objectionable, 

因為這將損害國際社會共同利益，

as it will undermine the collective interests of the international community; 

最終也將搬起石頭砸自己的腳。

those who pursue this course will only end up hurting themselves.

在世界經濟經歷深刻調整變革之時，

As the world economy is going through profound transition and changes, 

只有開放才能使不同國家相互受益、

only by opening themselves to others can different countries achieve mutual benefit,

共同繁榮、持久發展，

shared prosperity, and sustainable development. 

才是各國應當作出的明智選擇。

This should be the choice for all countries.

金磚國家要堅定建設開放型世界經濟，

We BRICS countries should firmly promote an open world economy, 

旗幟鮮明反對單邊主義和保護主義，

resolutely reject unilateralism and protectionism, 

促進貿易和投資自由化便利化，

liberate trade and facilitate investment, 

共同引導經濟全球化朝著更加開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏方向發展。

and jointly steer the global economy towards greater openness,inclusiveness, balanced growth, and win-win outcomes for all.

要讓經濟全球化的正面效應更多釋放出來，

We should see that economic globalization will deliver more benefits.

幫助新興市場國家和發展中國家，

We should help emerging markets and developing countries, 

特別是非洲國家和最不發達國家有效參與國際産業分工，

African countries and the least developed countries in particular, to become fully involved in international division of labor

共用經濟全球化的紅利。

and share the benefits of economic globalization.
