加強黨的政治建設,首要任務是保證全黨服從中央,堅決維護黨中央權威和集中統一領導。要求全黨堅定執行黨的政治路線,嚴格遵守黨的政治紀律和政治規矩,在政治立場、政治方向、政治原則、政治道路上同黨中央保持高度一致。加強黨的政治建設,必須嚴肅黨內政治生活。尊崇黨章,嚴格執行新形勢下黨內政治生活若干準則,增強黨內政治生活的政治性、時代性、原則性、戰鬥性,自覺抵制商品交換原則對黨內生活的侵蝕,營造風清氣正的良好政治生態。

Raising Political Awareness Among the Party

Hi! Welcome to“About China”. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China （CPC）. In today’s program, we will talk about “Raising Political Awareness Among the Party”.

It places the following requirements on the whole Party:

• obeying the Central Committee and resolutely upholding its authority and centralized, unified leadership;

• implementing the Party’s political directives;

• observing Party discipline and rules, especially as it relates to political issues;

• aligning themselves with the Central Committee in terms of political stance, direction, principle, and path;

• holding the Party Constitution in great reverence;

• enforcing a code of conduct for intra-party political life, and ensuring that intra-party activities respond to political challenges, reflect today’s realities, and are principled and effective;

• guarding against the rules of business dealings eroding intra-party conduct, and fostering a healthy political atmosphere of integrity within the Party;
