中部崛起戰略

大家好，歡迎來到碰詞兒現場！2018是中國改革開放40週年。因此，我們今天談談“中部崛起戰略”。

中部崛起戰略是指中國促進中部經濟區——河南、湖北、湖南、江西、安徽和山西6省共同崛起的一項政策。2004年3月，時任總理溫家寶在政府工作報告中，首次明確提出促進中部地區崛起。

2016年12月7日，國務院常務會議審議通過了《促進中部地區崛起規劃（2016至2025年)》。其戰略定位在原來“三基地、一樞紐”的基礎上，進一步發展成為“一中心、四區”的新定位，即：全國重要先進製造業中心和全國新型城鎮化重點區、現代農業發展核心區、生態文明建設示範區、全方位開放重要支撐區。

中部崛起是我國區域經濟協調發展戰略的重要組成部分，是全面小康的重要支撐，在經濟、政治和社會發展等方面都具有十分重大的戰略意義。

Strategy for the rise of central China

Hi! Welcome to “About China”! This year marks the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up in China. Therefore, in today’s program, we will talk about “Strategy for the rise of central China”.

The strategy will benefit six provinces in central China: Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi and Shanxi. The goal of “the rise of central China” first appeared in the Report on the Work of the Government delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao in March 2004.

On December 7, 2016, the State Council executive meeting approved an upgraded Plan on the Rise of Central China (2016-2025). The strategic position of the central region was renewed as an important and advanced national manufacturing center, a key region of new type of urbanization, a kernel region of modern agricultural development, a model region of ecological conservation, and a region supporting China’s omni-dimensional opening up. The rise of the central region is a major element in China’s coordinated regional development strategy, and a key support to building a moderately prosperous society. It is of vital importance to economic, political and social development.
