啟動世界一流大學和一流學科建設，加大對各類學校家庭困難學生資助力度。

此外，還要完善社會救助制度，實施全面兩孩政策，加快發展文化事業。

According to the Report, we have made comprehensive moves in targeted poverty reduction and alleviation, implemented a proactive employment policy, committed to prioritizing the development of education, improved conditions in badly built and poorly operated schools providing compulsory education in rural areas,

launched an initiative to build world-class universities and world-class disciplines, and increased financial aid to students from financially-challenged families studying in all types of schools.

Besides, we have improved social assistance system, ensured that all couples can now have two children, and moved faster to develop cultural programs.
