Together, they constitute the "think tank" for Zhijiang's experiment planning. Among them, Academician Lu Yongxiang served as the director of the first academic advisory committee. Former Executive Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Pan Yunhe, Chairman of the China Internet Association and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Wu Hequan, former President of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Information Engineering University, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Wu Jiangxing, and Wu Manqing, deputy general manager of China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd. and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, served as the deputy director of the advisory committee. According to statistics, among the members of Zhijiang Laboratories' first academic advisory committee, there are 18 domestic academicians and 12 international experts from Canada, the Royal British Academy of Engineering and the German Hamburg Academy of Sciences.

After the appointment ceremony, Zhu Shiqiang first reported to the guests on the work progress, development plans, and the work of the first batch of major scientific research projects. At present, there are more than 40 research personnel who have signed up for posts; 102 personnel have been recruited through the proposed project, totaling about 190 people. At the same time, it also reached an alliance with several scientists and their respective research teams from related fields in the world. Great progress has also been made in major projects and major installations. The first eight projects of the laboratory have been screened in the early stages and the demonstration work has been successfully completed.
