12月6日，省委副書記、省長袁家軍在杭州會見了比利時西弗蘭德省省長卡爾•德卡盧維一行。

　　On December 6th, Yuan Jiajun, deputy secretary of the provincial Party committee, governor of the Provincial Committee, met with Carle de Ruvigliana, governor of West-Vlaanderen， Belgium and his team in Hangzhou.

　　袁家軍對客人的來訪表示歡迎，並簡要介紹了浙江經濟社會發展情況。他希望雙方在已有的良好合作基礎上，充分發揮各自優勢，以“一帶一路”建設為契機，進一步推進經貿、教育、科技、人文、旅遊、港口等領域的合作，特別是以兩省高校共建的孔子學院和浙江省—西弗蘭德省迴圈經濟研究院為平臺，鞏固擴大雙方高校和青少年學習交流合作，在更寬領域、更高層次拓展務實合作成果。

　　Yuan Jiajun expressed his welcome to the guests and briefed the economic and social development in Zhejiang. He hoped the two sides can give full play to their respective advantages on the basis of the existing cooperation, seeing "The Belt and Road" construction as an opportunity to further promote cooperation on the areas like economic and trade, education, science and technology, culture, tourism, ports. Particularly use Confucius College built by two universities in Zhejiang province and West-Vlaanderen economic cycle research institute as a platform to consolidate and expand the exchanges and cooperation between universities and young people to expand the achievements of practical cooperation in a wider field and a higher level.

　　卡爾•德卡盧維表示，願進一步推進西弗蘭德省與浙江省的全面合作，不斷深化在經貿、教育、健康、科研等領域的交流，為雙方企業牽線搭橋，創造更多機會，實現共贏發展。

　　Carle de Ruvigliana said that he is willing to further promote the comprehensive cooperation between West-Vlaanderen and Zhejiang Province, with the deepened exchanges on economic and trade, education, health, scientific research and so on, create more opportunities for both business matchmaking, and achieve win-win development.
