東錢湖又稱錢湖，是浙江省著名的風景名勝區，距寧波城東去１５公里，享有“西湖風光，太湖氣魄”的美稱。東錢湖由穀子湖、梅湖和外湖三部分組成，環湖周長４５公里，面積２２平方公里，是浙江省最大的（天然）淡水湖，面積為杭州西湖的４倍。

Dongqian Lake made by the Guzi Lake, Mei lake and Outside Lake three parts, 45 kilometers around the perimeter, and area of 22 square kilometers, Zhejiang province is the largest freshwater(Nature) lake, is 4 times the area of Hangzhou in West Lake.

　　湖四週群山環抱，綠樹簇擁。湖中碧水清澈，煙波浩渺。無論風雨陰睛，四季更替，都能向遊客展示出一幅賞心悅目的畫面。

　　東錢湖開鑿至今已有1200多年曆史。歷史遺跡星羅棋佈，留下陶公釣磯、霞嶼鎖嵐、二靈夕照、白石仙坪等十大勝景以及南宋石窟“補陀洞天”，元塔二靈塔，王安石廟等70余處古跡，21處文物保護點和200余具南宋時期石雕。目前已形成霞嶼二靈、平水蘆汀、名人景區、度假休閒區四個遊覽區域。

Historical sites dotted, left Mr.Tao's fishing lock,Rosy clouds and island lock the haze, Two spirits glow, White rock and fairy ground and other ten major scenic spots.And there the Southern Song Dynasty Grottoes “Fuda fairyland”, Yuan tower and Erling Tower, Wang anshi Temple and more than 70 sites, 21 cultural relics protection and more than 200 in the Southern Song Dynasty stone carving. At present, four tourist areas have been formed, including Rosy clouds and two spirits, flat water and reed land, famous scenic spots and holiday resorts.

　　主要景點有：補陀洞天、二靈塔、王安石紀念館、岳鄂王廟以及台灣文獻初祖沈光文塑像、書法泰斗沙孟海書畫院、世界昆蟲分類學專家周堯昆蟲博物館、國防教育中心、蝴蝶閣、湖濱公園等。

The main attractions are: Fuda cave, two spirits pagoda, Wang Anshi memorial hall, Yue’e King temple, the statue of the founder of TaiwanliteratureShen Guangwen, Sha menghai’s Academy of the dean of painting and calligraphy,calligraphy world insect taxonomy expert Zhou Yao Insect Museum, national defense education center, butterfly Pavilion, Lakeside Park, etc..
