森林溫泉位於寧海縣深甽鎮內，距縣城25公里。1960年開始，在原浙江省委書記江華同志親自主持開發下，越三年建成省政府療養所，1964年郭沫若先生題詞“天明山南溪溫泉”。經近50年的封山育林，形成340余品種的次生常綠闊葉林，1991年被林業部批准為國家級森林公園。潘天壽大師“口占”詩云：“蹤跡十年未有閒，喜今便得故鄉還。溫泉新水宜清浴，愛看秋花艷滿山。

The forest spa is located in Shenzhen town in Ninghai County, 25 kilometers from the county seat. Since 1960, under the auspices of comrade Jianghua, the former Secretary of the Zhejiang provincial Party committee, the provincial government sanatorium has been built for more than three years. In 1964, Mr. Guo Moruo wrote the inscription "Tianming mountain Nanxi hot spring"". After nearly 50 years of closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, the formation of more than 340 varieties of secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest, the forestry department in 1991 was approved as a national Forest Park. Master Pan Tianshou "Kouzhan" poem said: "trace ten years not idle, like this is also home. The new hot water fit bath, love autumn flowers beautiful full of whole mountain."

　　寧海森林溫泉旅遊區內群峰環繞，峽谷幽長，有三潭九瀑十八溪七十二峰。是國家AAAA級森林公園，近萬畝闊葉喬木，遮天蔽日，形成天然的超級“大氧谷”。

Ninghai forest hot spring tourism in the region around the peaks, valleys are quite and long, there pools,nine waterfall, eighteen rivers and seventy-two peak . Forest Park is a national AAAA level, nearly acres of broad-leaved trees, blot out the sky and cover the sun, formed "super large natural oxygen valley".

　　夏季溫度比杭州、寧波低3-5℃，更是避暑的勝地。一代國畫大師潘天壽和文壇泰斗郭沫若都曾留下過墨寶真跡。按五星級標準建造的寧海南苑溫泉山莊和四星級寧海溫泉大酒店都已對外開放，溫泉三期項目正在建設中。寧海溫泉已成為一個集休閒、度假、理療、娛樂、觀光于一體的旅遊度假勝地，被譽為“華東第一森林溫泉”。

Summer temperature is 3-5 degrees lower than Hangzhou, Ningbo,  is a summer resort. A generation of Chinese painting master Pan Tianshou and literary greats Guo Moruo have been left behind calligraphy artworks. Ninghai Nanyuan hot spring villa and four star Ninghai Spring Hotel built by five star standard have been opened to the outside world, and the three phase of hot spring project is under construction. Ninghai hot spring has become a leisure, holiday, physiotherapy, entertainment, sightseeing in one of the tourist resort, known as "East China's first forest hot springs."
