北京時間11月9日，蕭山未來論壇暨第九屆資智合作對接會發佈多個人才創新載體。其中，在對接會現場，蕭山區人民政府與烏克蘭國立航空航太大學進行了簽約，這意味著雙方共同組建的“中烏航空航太研究院”正式落戶。

It means that the China-Ukraine aerospace research institute, jointly established by both parties, is officially settled.

　　蕭山區政府相關負責人介紹，與烏克蘭國立航空航太大學合作的目的，是以新成立的“中烏航空航太研究院”為平臺，引入烏克蘭航空航太、高端裝備、智慧製造、新能源新材料等領域高層次人才共同創業，大力發展人才經濟，引入先進科技成果，研究和開發前沿技術、新産品，對接國內前沿産業及資本，實現項目産業化，從而進一步推進蕭山國際化及外國人創業創新步伐。

The government of Xiaoshan district government introduced that the purpose of cooperation with the Ukraine National University of Aeronautics and Ast is that with the new "China-Ukraine aerospace research institute" as the platform, leading in high-level talents in the fields of Ukraine aerospace, top equipment, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, new materials and other domains to start a business together, vigorously develop the talent economy. Leading in advanced scientific and technological achievements, research and develop cutting-edge technologies and new products, connect domestic frontier industry and capital, realize project industrialization to further promote the internationalization of Xiaoshan and the pace of entrepreneurship and innovation of foreigners.

　　據了解，中烏航空航太研究院”將有別於 今年8月簽約的“中法航空大學 ，將更側重於引入先進科技成果，研究和開發前沿技術、新産品，對接國內前沿産業及資本，實現項目産業化。

It is said that the China-Ukraine aerospace research institute is different from China-France Aviation University, signed in August. It's going to be more focused on leading in advanced scientific and technological achievements, researching and developing cutting-edge technologies and new products, connecting domestic frontier industry and capital, realizing project industrialization.

　　作者了解到，在簽約儀式結束後，蕭山和烏克蘭國立航空航太大學，將共同培養高層次人才，並引進兩國政府支援的項目。同時，雙方將在航空航太、資訊技術、環保生物技術、新能源技術、新材料技術等領域進行深入合作，將研究成果在中烏兩國轉化落地，共同推進中烏兩國高校與企業的國際合作。

The reporter learned that, after the signing ceremony, Xiaoshan and Ukraine National University of Aeronautics and Ast will jointly train high-level talents and lead in projects supported by the two governments. At the same time, the two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in aerospace, information technology, environmental biotechnology, new energy technologies, new material technologies and translate the results of the research into the land of China and Ukraine, and jointly promote international cooperation between universities and enterprises in the two countries.
