日前，國家質檢總局發佈了關於調整《出入境檢驗檢疫機構實施檢驗檢疫的進出境商品目錄》的通知，對162個HS編碼的進口商品檢驗檢疫類別進行了調整，其中158種進口工業品不再實施進口商品檢驗和民用商品入境驗證，4種進口煙草及其製品不再實施進境食品衛生監督檢驗。也就是説，這162種商品進口就不用檢驗。

　　進口商品是否需要檢驗，或者要實施何種類別的檢驗呢？企業可通過下列三種方式獲知商品是否需檢驗檢疫：

　　查詢最新版《出入境檢驗檢疫機構實施檢驗檢疫的進出境商品目錄》，根據目錄內商品的監管條件實施檢驗檢疫。或者可登陸中國國家質檢總局網站（www.aqsiq.gov.cn）“資訊公開”欄目，查詢《出入境檢驗檢疫機構實施檢驗檢疫的進出境商品目錄》。

　　查詢《中華人民共和國海關進出口稅則》，根據商品HS編碼查詢對應的檢驗檢疫監管條件。監管條件代碼中，A代表進口需檢驗檢疫，B代表出口需檢驗檢疫；R代表進口需食品衛生監督檢驗，S代表出口需食品衛生監督檢驗，L代表需實施進境CCC認證驗證。
