一般的人工智慧，需要高級的伺服器以及匯總海量數據。北京時間11月7日，“創客天下·2017杭州市海外高層次人才創新創業大賽”圓滿閉幕。據悉，今年大賽強化對優勝和落地項目的獎勵措施，獲獎項目選擇在杭州成立企業的，一等獎資助500萬元。

General artificial intelligence requires advanced servers and aggregate massive data. On November 7th, Beijing time, "World of Makers-2017 Hangzhou Overseas High-level Human Resources Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" concluded successfully. It is learnt that this year's competition has strengthened the incentives for winning and landing projects. The award project established in Hangzhou will get first prize of 5 million yuan.

　　作為2017浙江·杭州國際人才交流與項目合作大會的重頭戲，今年的大賽吸引了來自20余個國家和地區的628個項目報名參賽，90%的項目持有人在海外取得碩士以上學位；項目成熟度高，26%的參賽項目已進入産業化階段，55%的項目由參賽者本人或團隊擁有相關專利。

As the highlight of the "2017 Zhejiang Hangzhou International Human Resources Exchange and Cooperation Conference", this year the contest attracted 628 entries from more than 20 countries and regions, and 90% of the project holders to obtain a master's degree in overseas projects. Project maturity is high, and 26% of the project has entered the stage of industrialization, and the 55% projects have the relevant patents belonging to the participant or team.

　　在總決賽上摘得冠軍、來自美國加州大學洛杉磯分校劉峻誠博士團隊帶來的“Kneron耐能人工智慧項目”，提出了更牛的計劃——在終端（例如手機）安裝攜帶型人工智慧系統，將人工智慧帶進每個人的生活。

The “Kneron artificial intelligence project”, brought by Dr. Liu Juncheng from the University of California at Los Angeles, the winner of the finals, proposed a better plan: install portable artificial intelligence systems at terminals (such as mobile phones) and bring artificial intelligence into everyone's life.

　　2015年起，杭州市已先後成功舉辦兩屆海外高層次人才創新創業大賽。兩屆大賽共有50個項目在杭註冊企業，註冊資金達4.5億元。其中，2015年大賽一等獎王孟秋博士的項目已落戶未來科技城（海創園），目前公司估值1.5億美元，其産品小黑俠跟拍無人機上市熱銷；2016年大賽一等獎江濤博士的項目，也已落戶于高新區（濱江）。

Since 2015, Hangzhou has successfully held the two Overseas High-level Human Resources Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions. There are 50 projects registered in the two competitions in Hangzhou, with a registered capital of 450 million yuan. Among them, project of Dr. Wang Mengqiu, who get first prize in 2015 competition, have been set up in the Future Science and Technology City (Overseas Pioneer Park). The current valuation of the company is $150 million, and the product Xiaoheixia UAV is selling like hot cakes in the market. Dr. Jiang Tao's project, the first prize of 2016 competition has been settled in new and high-tech zone (Binjiang).
