據杭州海關統計，2017年前三季度，舟山口岸進口成品油558.0萬噸，同比增加39.4%，進口增速快於全國水準35.2個百分點，佔全國份額同比提高6.3個百分點，成為中國第一大成品油進口口岸。

　　隨著包括海關在內的各個部門支援浙江自貿試驗區發展舉措的落地實施，舟山口岸成品油進口大幅增長。其中浙江自貿試驗區保稅燃油加注業務的蓬勃發展，是拉動舟山口岸成品油進口大幅增長的一個重要原因。

　　海關統計數據顯示，今年前三季度，舟山口岸保稅燃油供應量達123.85萬噸，同比增長66.91%，這其中97%的保稅供油來自於進口成品油。探索油品全産業鏈投資貿易便利化，是浙江自貿試驗區建設的核心任務之一。杭州海關推出的前兩批支援創新舉措中，有8項舉措都與促進油品貿易便利化息息相關。

　　在推出系列支援舉措的同時，杭州海關還積極推進舟山保稅燃油供應“一口受理”平臺建設，打通海關與其他部門之間的數據共用，讓“數據多跑路，企業少跑路”，不斷縮短保稅燃油審批業務辦理時間，企業經營成本。
