中國網浪潮資訊   10月27日，在杭州舉行的第一屆跨境電商進口博覽會上，阿里巴巴集團平臺治理部正式發佈天貓國際食品保健品標準，該標準的發佈填補了跨境電商在該領域的空白。　

October 27th , At the first Cross-border E-commerce Import Expo that was held in Hangzhou, Alibaba Group platform management department officially issued Tmall Global food health food standard. The publication of the standard fills a gap in the field of cross-border e-commerce.　

　　阿里巴巴平臺治理部副總裁Alan Chan認為，正是因為跨境零售商品進口標準的缺失，導致目前跨境零售平臺在優選跨境零售進口國家、優選跨境零售進口産品以及對跨境零售産品進行抽樣檢驗等平臺治理方面無標可依；更有不法平臺鑽標準缺失的空子，導致“假洋貨”、“劣質貨”涌入國內，造成了一定的安全隱患。

Alan Chan, the vice president of platform governance at Alibaba, said that just because of the lack of cross-border retail goods import standard, the current cross-border retail platforms are unmarked on platform governance, such as preferential cross-border retail import, preferential cross-border retail import products and sampling inspection of cross-border retail products. More illegal platforms are unscrupulous because of lack of standards, resulting in "fake foreign goods" and "inferior goods" flooding into the country, resulting in some security risks.

　　為此，天貓國際品控專家團與中國標準化研究院專家團共同對歐盟、美國、澳大利亞、加拿大等9個國家的奶粉、保健品、食品的標準進行比對、分析、測驗後，共同制定出既能保障商品安全性，又能反應出國際尖貨高品質特性的天貓國際奶粉、保健品、食品行業標準，填補了跨境監管領域雙邊商品標準都無法完全適用的空白。

Therefore, after comparing, analyzing and testing the milk powder, health care products and food standards of nine countries, including the European Union, the United States, Australia and Canada by Tmall Global quality control panel and China standardization institute experts, they worked out the Tmall Global milk powder, health care products and food industry standard that can ensure the safety of goods and reflect the high quality of international pointed goods. It fills the gap that the bilateral commodity standard of cross-border supervision domain cannot completely apply.

　　該標準在國家監測中心的監督下實行，在本次博覽會上首次亮相。未來天貓國際將利用自身的消費者大數據，繼續聯合權威標準機構、國家監測中心，國內外行業專家等繼續研製跨境零售國家産品安全標準，為開展天貓國際平臺治理提供標準依據。

The standard was implemented under the supervision of the national monitoring center and made its debut at the expo. Tmall Global will use its own consumer data, continue to develop national product safety standards for cross-border retail products by the joint authoritative standard agency, national monitoring center and domestic and foreign industry experts to provide standard basis for the governance of Tmall Global platform in the future.
