北京時間11月1日至3日，2017“寧波杭州灣方太杯”圍棋世界冠軍爭霸賽將在寧波杭州灣新區激情上演，柯潔、時越、陳耀燁、柁嘉熹、檀嘯、江維傑、范廷鈺以及周睿羊等8位世界冠軍將舉行為期三天的巔峰對決。這是繼2015年寧波首屆國際馬拉松、2017年李寧路跑後新區舉辦的又一有影響力的賽事。
　　On November 1st to 3, Beijing time, the 2017 "Ningbo Hangzhou Bay FOTILE cup" chess world championship tournament will be staged in the Ningbo Hangzhou bay new district, Ke Jie, Chen Yaoye, Tuo Jiaxi, Yue, Jiang Weijie, Fan Tingyu, Tan Xiao and Zhou Ruiyang these 8 world champions will hold three days of extreme confrontation. 　　根據2017年9月30日最新公佈的中國職業圍棋等級分，排名最靠前的9位世界冠軍中，除了1位已有其他比賽安排外，其餘8位全部參賽。

　　他們中有地表最強的“世界圍棋第一人”柯潔九段，有“場均一條龍”、以力量著稱的時越九段，有雙料世界冠軍、以用功著稱的陳耀燁九段，有少年老成謀略深遠的柁嘉熹九段，有快劍少年檀嘯九段，“90”後世界冠軍江維傑九段，有中國最年輕奪冠紀錄保持者范廷鈺九段，有棋風靈活多變、唱功不輸專業的周睿羊九段。8位世界冠軍的悉數到場，將使本次圍棋世界冠軍爭霸賽的每一場對決，都是世界級對弈。

　　據悉，此次賽事將採用中國圍棋協會審定的最新中國圍棋競賽規則，黑貼3又3/4子；用時方式為每步棋30秒，每方各有10次1分鐘的讀秒，超時判負。
　　It is reported that this event will use the latest Chinese chess competition rules  approved by Chinese Chess Association, the black paste 3 and 3/4; when used for each move for 30 seconds, each side has 10 times’ 1 minute countdown, timeout to negative.
