近日，作者從浙江省水利投融資工作推進會議上獲悉，未來五年浙江省水利投資規模將達3000多億元，估算今後五年全省水利項目擬融資需求將超過1000億元。

　　數據顯示，“十二五”以來，在水利建設方面，浙江省財政性資金 年度佔比始終穩定保持在65%以上。水利雖然大多是公益性項目，但通過整合，還是可以吸引社會資金投入。近年來，國家和浙江頻繁出臺各類優惠政策，積極鼓勵和引導民間資本參與水利建設。目前浙江全省已有8個PPP項目完成簽約，吸引社會資本54億元。
