據浙江省海洋與漁業局，日前，世界裝機功率最大、總裝機容量達3.4兆瓦的LHD-L-1000林東模組化大型海洋能發電機組項目，在舟山通過中國海洋工程諮詢協會組織的專家組成果鑒定，成為目前世界唯一一台實現全天候穩定發電並網的潮汐能發電項目。

　　“根據電力部門提供的數據，截至目前，我們已經實現並網發電超過21萬千瓦時，説不定你家用的電有可能是海汐能發出的。我們項目3.4兆瓦機組目前只啟動了1兆瓦，每天的發電量相當於能給小島上800多戶人家供電。”該項目負責人表示。

"According to the data from power sector, as of now, we have realized grid-connected generation more than 210 thousand kwh of electricity, you may be home to a sea tide. Our 3.4 MW unit now has only 1 megawatts, and its daily capacity is equivalent to powering more than 800 homes on the island." The person in charge of the project said.

　　“海洋的能力中，潮汐能利用漲潮與退潮高低變化來發電，與水力發電原理類似，比風能和太陽能更穩定。漲潮時海水自外流入，推動水輪機産生動力發電，退潮時海水退回大海，再一次推動水輪機發電，每天早晚可以發電4次，實現全天候發電。”項目負責人表示。

In the capacity of the ocean, tides can generate electricity by use the changing of flood tide and ebb, similar to the principle of hydroelectric power, more stable than wind and solar energy. When the tide rises, the sea water flows out from the outside and drives the turbine to generate power. When the tide ebb, the sea returns to the sea. Once again, the water turbine is driven to generate electricity. It can generate electricity 4 times a day or later, so as to realize the all-weather power generation." Project leader expressed.

　　作者從這次項目成果鑒定會獲悉，項目有望徹底解決海島供電、遠洋島嶼開發等海洋經濟領域的重大問題，有望開啟我國大規模開發利用海洋清潔能源的新局面。
