近日，中國代表團在第44屆世界技能大賽表現十分出色，參加47個項目比賽，獲得了15枚金牌、7枚銀牌、8枚銅牌和12個優勝獎，取得了中國參加世界技能大賽以來的最好成績。其中，浙江選手崔兆舉、蔣應成獲得瓷磚貼面、汽車噴漆的金牌。顧威烈、王芹、鄭科等3位選手獲得優勝獎。

　　世界技能大賽被譽為技能界的“奧林匹克”，每兩年舉行一次，是目前全世界規模最大、水準最高、影響力最廣的職業技能競賽。2015年在巴西舉行的第43屆世界技能大賽上，來自杭州技師學院選手楊金龍榮獲汽車噴漆項目冠軍，實現了浙江省該賽事金牌“零”的突破。

　　近年來，浙江高技能人才總量快速增長，不斷涌現出具有出色才幹“浙江工匠”。截至2016年底，浙江全省技能人才達到938萬人，高技能人才總數為248萬人，高技能人才佔比超過1/4。

　　與此同時，浙江省技工院校和社會培訓機構發展也不斷加快。去年底，浙江全省各類技工院校達到77所，在校生近13.8萬人。各技工院校針對世界技能大賽項目的教研和參賽熱情不斷高漲，取得了顯著成效。
