“品字標浙江製造”閃亮義博會
"Zhejiang made" highlights the Yiwu Expo

  10月21日上午,第23屆中國義烏國際小商品博覽會在義烏國際博覽中心開幕。今年為進一步推動浙江製造與義烏市場的強強對接,助力“浙江製造”品牌走出去,打造“品字標浙江製造”主題展區。 

On the morning of October 21st, the twenty-third China Yiwu International Commodities Fair opened in Yiwu International Expo center. This year, in order to further promote the strong connection between Zhejiang manufacturing and Yiwu market, help "Zhejiang manufacturing" brand to go out, to build "word mark Zhejiang manufacturing" theme exhibition area.  

  據浙江省質監局負責人介紹,截至目前,浙江省已制訂“浙江製造”標準260余個,已有88家企業獲得150張“品”字認證證書,其中國際合作認證證書22張。  

According to the Zhejiang Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau responsible person, as of now, Zhejiang province has formulated the "Zhejiang made" standard of more than 260, and 88 companies have received 150 "product" certificates, the number of certification of international cooperation is 22. 

  “三流企業賣産品、二流企業賣技術、一流企業賣專利、超一流企業賣標準。”作者在採訪中發現,已有越來越多的浙江企業不再是技術標準的跟隨者,而是積極參與制訂國內外各類標準,在“賣標準”這種看不見的軟實力上一較高下。  

"The third enterprises sell products, the second enterprises sell technology, the first-class enterprises sell patents and super first class enterprises sell standards."   寧波新海科技集團有限公司是一家專門從事打火機生産的製造型企業,該公司副總裁薛飛告訴作者,“在拿下‘浙江製造’認證以前,我們一直以給海外知名品牌如法國BIC等代工為主,每年有近80%的銷售額都是依靠外貿來完成,第五代打火機2015年就已完成量産,但同樣的産品,我們在國內大型商超的零售價是三塊錢,而貼上法國BIC的商標之後,在國外每一隻卻可以賣到5塊錢人民幣,這是我們的一個痛點。經過近幾年的實踐,越來越堅信參與制定一個標準,就能掌握一個話語權,搶佔市場的制高點。”

After the practice in recent years, more and more firmly believe that to participate in the formulation of a standard, you can master a right to speak, and then to seize the commanding heights of the market."
