近日，在雲棲大會智慧醫療專場現場，由阿裏健康與浙大一院共同申報的“醫學人工智慧浙江省實驗室”揭牌成立。

　　“實現醫學影像輔助診斷機器人，是這個實驗室的目標之一。”浙江大學醫學院附屬第一醫院院長王偉林介紹説，機器人可根據醫學影像實現特徵提取、定量評估、病灶標記、方案推薦等功能，檢查醫生在此基礎上再作出影像報告，“浙大一院目前在甲狀腺疾病影像中已有應用，部分病例中，機器人甚至比醫生診斷更準確，接下來與阿裏合作，還將應用到肺結節、肝膽胰等疾病影像診斷中。”

　　用人工智慧幫助醫生看病，還將顯著提高基層醫療服務能力，解決優質醫療資源太過集中的問題。以浙江省為例，70%的三甲醫院集中在杭州，浙大一院每年接診病人近70%來自外地。“醫學人工智慧技術是解決基層醫療服務能力不足，提高高危疾病早期篩查能力的有效手段。”王偉林表示，該技術的作用之一是幫助基層醫生快速閱片，提高診斷正確率。

　　據了解，實驗室計劃用3年時間，建設基於區塊鏈技術的醫聯體數據平臺、醫療人工智慧影像輔助診斷平臺、醫療大數據智慧科研平臺、醫學人工智慧臨床決策支援平臺等四大公共平臺産品，實現人工智慧、數據挖掘等技術在浙江省醫療救治領域的應用。
