石塘鎮是浙江省溫嶺市轄鎮，地處浙江東南，由原石塘、箬山、釣浜三鎮合併而成，區域面積28.47平方公里，海岸線長58.6km，常住人口7.3萬，轄58個行政村，其中純漁業村54個。石塘素有“畫中鎮”之稱，被譽為“東方的巴黎聖母院”。

Stone Town is the Municipality Town of Wenling, Zhejiang, located in the southeast of Zhejiang, combined by original Stone Town, Ruoshan Town, Diaobang Town. 　　石塘的石元素無處不在，而最能體現石塘傳統特色的，當屬石屋，石塘號稱石屋之鄉。石塘鎮共有石屋19000多間。這些石屋多為清末民初建成，清代舉人陳策三曾用“千家房屋魚鱗疊，半住山腰半海濱”來形容這道風景。

The stone elements everywhere in Stone Town, and the stone houses can reflect the characteristics of traditional Stone Town most. Stone Town is called the land of stone house. There are more than 19000 stone houses in Stone Town. The stone was built in the late Qing Dynasty. 　　已有幾百年曆史的大奏鼓表演熱烈奔放，充滿濃郁的漁家風情。男扮女裝是大奏鼓最大的特點，濃重的白粉打底，涂上胭脂口紅，戴上羊角帽，吹起嗩吶，敲起大鼓、扁鼓、銅鐘、木魚、鈸，明艷的服裝，歡快的節奏，看著就讓人很歡樂。其原先只是一個漁村舞蹈，現如今已經成了國家級非物質文化遺産。

The grand drum performance with hundred-year history is vigorous and unrestrained, full of rich fishing style. A man disguising in female attire is the biggest feature of grand drums. Men with a thick white makeup, painted rouge, wearing horn cap, blowing suona, beat drums, flat drum, bell, Muyu, cymbals. Bright clothing and lively rhythm, make people happy. It was originally a fishing village dance, and now it has become a national intangible cultural heritage.

　　同樣成為國家級非遺的還有七夕小人節，而像曙光節、元宵節、七夕節、美食節、開漁節都已經形成規模化、品牌化的精品節慶活動。

Tanabata Festival for children has also become a national intangible cultural heritage. And Dawn Festival, Lantern Festival, Tanabata Festival, Food Festival, Fishing Festival and so on have formed large-scale, branding boutique Festival activities.
