中國網浪潮資訊   北京時間10月16日，作者在杭州舉辦的浙江“最多跑一次”改革第四次新聞發佈會上獲悉，浙江省正大力推進“1253”公共數據共用技術體系建設，著力打破政府部門間的“資訊孤島”，實現網上受理辦事申請的全覆蓋，力爭在年底前實現省市縣三級辦件量前100位的事項數據共用。

　　目前，浙江省直部門前100項辦事事項的數據需求整理和數源確認工作已經完成，有24個部門的43個業務應用系統基本完成與一窗受理平臺的對接。浙江各市縣積極推進本地系統和“一窗受理”平臺的對接，累計打通76套市級系統和27套縣級系統。省市縣可網上申請辦理事項的開通率，分別達到79.9%、61.5%、55.9%。統一公共支付平臺累計繳費業務量達3090萬筆，證照快遞量達1081萬次。

　　9月，浙江工商大學開展了“最多跑一次”改革覆蓋全浙江省所有市縣，近期到政府辦過事的20000個樣本的抽樣調查。企業和群眾對“最多跑一次”改革成效的滿意率達到95.71%，比6月提高了8.81個百分點。
