北京時間10月15日上午，2022年第19屆亞運會杭州市場館及設施建設行動大會暨亞運場館開工活動，在杭州奧體中心主體育館游泳館項目現場舉行。這標誌著第19屆亞運會場館及設施建設正式拉開了序幕，杭州亞運會籌備工作進入一個新的階段。

　　根據《2022年第19屆亞運會主辦城市合同》和已初步確定的競賽項目，目前杭州市屬第一批33個場館及設施建設任務已經明確。包括新建場館5個、續建場館7個、改造提升場館12個、臨建場館7個等。

According to "the 2022 nineteenth Asian Games host city contract" and the preliminary determination of the competition, the current Hangzhou municipal first batch of 33 venues and facilities construction tasks have been clear. 　　行動大會對場館及設施建設的時間進度提出了要求：2017年10月場館和設施建設全面啟動；2018年6月新建場館及設施全面開工；2021年3月所有場館及設施全面竣工交付，並啟動場館化運作，滿足賽事要求。
