作者從杭州市旅遊委員會了解到，近日，聯合國世界旅遊組織（UNWTO）發來正式函件，杭州已入選全球15個旅遊最佳實踐樣本城市。

Reporters knew from Hangzhou Tourist Council that recently, World Tourism Organization （UNWTO）sent official letter to inform that Hangzhou is selected as 15 global best tourism practices sample cities.

　　杭州市旅委相關負責人介紹，早在去年12月，聯合國世界旅遊組織啟動了“全球旅遊最佳實踐樣本城市”的遴選，遴選設定了“城市旅遊實踐”的五大領域十八個核心指標體系及若干分項目指標體系，其中五大領域為“城市經濟領域”、“城市環境領域”、“城市管理領域”、“旅遊社會文化領域”和“旅遊科技與商業新模式領域”，世界各地城市可根據優勢申報其中一個領域進行申報評定。

A principal of Hangzhou Tourist Council said, on December last year, UNWTO started the selection of “best tourism practices sample cities”. The selection set up 5 fields, 18 core index system and some component index system of “city tourism practices”. 5 fields are unban economy field, urban environment filed, urban management field, social cultural of tourism field and new pattern of tourism technical and business field. Cities around the world can declare one of them according to advantage.

　　杭州選擇以“旅遊社會文化領域”進行申報，接受世界旅遊組織的考評。要在“旅遊社會文化領域”成為最佳實踐樣本，要看“文化資源的保護和開發”、“旅遊的社會影響”、“旅遊的主客共用”、“旅遊安全”和“旅遊原真性保護開發”這五個方面做得好不好。

Hangzhou declared social cultural of tourism field and accepted evaluation of UNWTO. If the city want to be best practices sample in social cultural of tourism field, it must do well in development and protection of cultural resources, social impact of tourism, host and guest share of tourism, tourism safety and authenticity development and protection of tourism.

　　今年3月至4月期間，世界旅遊組織派專家組赴杭州進行實地考察和評定。9月，世界旅遊組織召開專項評審會議，並通過世界旅遊組織專家組的調研和績效評估，正式確定杭州成為15個“全球旅遊最佳實踐樣本”之一。

From March to April this year, UNWTO sent expert group to go to Hangzhou for field visit and evaluation. On September, UNWTO had a special review meeting and through investigate, survey, performance evaluation of expert group of UNWTO, Hangzhou certainly became one of 15 global best tourism practices sample cities.
