近日，作者從第十九屆中國杭州西湖國際博覽會（以下簡稱“西博會”）、第三屆世界休閒博覽會（以下簡稱“休博會”）新聞發佈會上獲悉：本屆西博會將與休博會“兩會合一”將於10月20日至11月12日同期舉辦，共計24天，重點舉辦33個項目，打造一個匯聚世界性休閒理念及休閒産業的品牌盛會，推進杭州國際重要的旅遊休閒中心建設，打造國際會展之都賽事之城。

　　據了解，本屆西博會和休博會分別以“放大G20效應，打造國際會展之都賽事之城”和“休閒——讓生活更美好”為主題，著力放大後G20杭州峰會效應、釋放前亞運會紅利，全面提升杭州國際化水準。

It is understood that the WLIF and the WL-Expo respectively use "Amplifying G20 Effect, to create capital of international exhibition, city of events" and "Leisure – make a better life" as the theme of the city. They try to enlarge the G20 Hangzhou summit effect, release the bonus of former Asian Games, and enhance the international level of Hangzhou comprehensively.

　　西博會(休博會)主題館將邀請國內外著名休閒城市的休閒案例參與展示交流。世界休閒發展國際高峰論壇和世界休閒組織理事會，也將邀請世界各地的休閒領域、生態文明領域的專家、學者參與研討國內外休閒理論最新研究成果。

The WLIF (WL-Expo) theme pavilion will invite leisure cases of domestic and foreign well-known leisure cities to participate in exhibition and communication. World Leisure Development International Summit Forum and the World Leisure Organization will also invited the world leisure areas, experts and scholars in the field of ecological civilization at home and abroad to participate in the discussion of the latest research results of leisure theory.

　　此外，西博會(休博會)進一步突出減量提質、創牌增效，將減少一批影響力低、國際化水準不高、實效性不強的項目，重點培育和創新一批國際影響力大，發展前景好的品牌項目，充分體現國際化元素。

In addition, the WLIF (WL-Expo) will further highlight reducing quantity and improving quality, creating brand and increasing benefit. 　　9萬平方米的展區分為休閒城市館、休閒綜合體驗館、休閒産業館，將有40個國家及51個國內著名休閒城市參展。為了讓杭州市民遊客共用辦會成果，西博組委會製作了6千本包含西博會(休博會)22個項目的通票將免費贈予杭州市民。

Exhibition area of 90 thousand square meters is divided into Leisure City Pavilion, Leisure Comprehensive Experience Museum, Leisure Industry Museum, and there will be 40 countries and 51 famous domestic leisure cities to join the exhibition. In order to let the people of Hangzhou and tourists sharing fruits of the fair, WLIF organizing committee produced 6 thousand through tickets including 22 projects of WLIF (WL-Expo) to give the people of Hangzhou for free.
