10月13日，中德工業城市聯盟第四次全體會議在台州舉行，中德工業城市聯盟石化專業委員會等13個項目在會上簽約，其中聯盟項目1個、台州項目12個。同時，大會還發佈5個聯盟新成員名單。

　　據了解，中德工業城市聯盟是由中、德兩國重要工業城市聯合發起和建立起的國際合作平臺。目前，聯盟已有成員城市33家，其中正式成員30家、觀察員3家。

It is understood that the ISA-PORTAL is an international cooperation platform established by the important industrial cities of China and Germany. At present, there are 33 member cities in the alliance, including 30 full members and 3 observers.

　　據統計，截至8月底，德國累計在浙投資設立800多家企業，投資總額超23.6億美元。浙江在德投資設立347家企業，投資額26.3億美元。中德工業城市聯盟旨在將德國製造“質”的優勢和中國製造“量”的優勢緊密結合，共同發展。

According to statistics, as of the end of August, Germany has invested more than 800 enterprises in Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of over 2.36 billion dollars. Zhejiang invested 347 enterprises in Germany, with an investment of 2.63 billion dollars. The ISA aims to combine the advantages of "quality" of Made in Germany with the advantages of "quantity" of Made in China and develop together.

　　德國已成為台州第二大出口國家市場、第四大進口國家市場。台州將以中德（台州）産業園及其分園為重點，加快推進各地國別産業園建設，優化園區空間佈局，提高産業合作層次，打造一批主體功能突出、外資來源地相對集中的國際産業合作園區。

Germany has become the second largest export country and the fourth largest import country in Taizhou. Taizhou will focus on the Sino·German (Taizhou) Industrial Park and its sub parks, speed up the construction of national industrial parks, optimize the spatial layout of the park, and improve the level of industrial cooperation to build a batch of international industrial cooperation parks with prominent main functions and relatively centralized foreign sources.
