中國網浪潮資訊  一年一度的“雲棲大會”再次吸引全球的目光。為期4天的2017杭州·雲棲大會于日前開幕，已吸引全球五大洲67個國家和地區近5萬人參會，超千萬人線上觀看大會直播。這個科技盛宴為何會驚動全球？

The annual “Computing Conference” attract the global attention again. The four-day 2017 Hangzhou Computing Conference was opened recently, has attracted nearly 50,000 participants from 67 countries and regions onallcontinents, more than ten million people watch the conference online. 　　包括兩位中科院院士、一位美國科學院院士、一位中國工程院院士和七位IEEE Fellow(國際電氣和電子工程師協會會士)在內的13位全球頂級科學家齊聚今年的雲棲大會，共同探討網際網路科技的前沿發展。

13 world's top scientists gathered in Computing Conference this year, to discuss the forefront of Internet technology development, including two academicians of Chinese academy of sciences, a member of the American academy of sciences, a Chinese academy of engineering and seven IEEE Fellow(International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

　　今年雲棲大會的開幕式上，阿里巴巴董事局主席馬雲拋下了一個“重磅炸彈”。他宣稱阿里巴巴成立了“達摩院”，將在未來3年投入1000億元用於人工智慧等新技術的研發。

At the opening of the Computing Conference this year, Alibaba's chairman, Jack Ma, threw down a "bombshell". He claimed that Alibaba had formed the "Damo institute" and would spend RMB100 billion over the next three years on the development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

　　達摩院已成立學術委員會，並匯聚了全球十個不同領域的頂級科學家加入。

　　目前，達摩院已經開始在全球各地組建前沿科技研究中心，並在北京、杭州、新加坡、以色列、聖馬特奧、貝爾維尤、莫斯科等地設立不同研究方向的實驗室，初期計劃引入100名頂尖科學家和研究人員。

　　雲棲大會的舉辦地雲棲小鎮位於杭州市西湖區西南部，是浙江省首批37個産業特色小鎮之一。通過5年的發展，雲棲小鎮從一個默默無聞的傳統産業園區搖身變成集阿裏雲、INTEL、富士康、聯發科、中國衛星産業創新中心等650家全球高精尖企業的雲計算與大數據的産業集聚區。

Located in the southwest of Xihu district of Hangzhou, host place of Computing Conference- Yun qi town is one of the first 37 industrial towns in Zhejiang province. Through five years of development, Yun qi town becomes an industry-gathering zone, different from an unknown set of traditional industrial park. 　　雲棲小鎮的“5年之變”是浙江乃至中國網際網路産業快速發展的縮影。在去年世界網際網路大會上公佈的最新一批15項世界網際網路領先科技成果中，來自中國的科技企業、院校和科研機構佔據了半壁江山。另一份權威報告顯示，G20各國網際網路流量TOP10服務當中,僅中美兩國完全由本土企業供應服務；中國和美國是全球網際網路應用創新最活躍的地區。

“The change of 5 years” in Yunqi town is a microcosm of the rapid development of the Internet industry in Zhejiang and even China.
