中國網浪潮資訊  看過《紅樓夢》的人都知道，寶玉是因為銜玉而生得名。近日，在浙江天臺縣人民醫院，一名女嬰也和“美玉”一起出生。醫生説，這塊“美玉”，其實是“腹腔內游離體”（簡稱PLB）。

People who have seen the "Dream of Red Mansions" know that Baoyu is named for its jade. Recently, a baby girl was born with "beautiful jade" at Tiantai People's Hospital in Zhejiang province. The doctor said the "beautiful jade" was actually "Peritoneal Loose Body" (PLB).

　　據介紹，關於“腹腔內游離體”的形成，認可度最高的是炎症等原因，造成腹腔血液供應不順，腸外脂肪組織壞死，纖維化、鈣化形成白色、表面光滑的物質，游離在腹腔內（感覺和珍珠的形成過程無比相似）。

According to reports, on the formation of “Peritoneal Loose Body ", the highest degree of recognition is inflammation and other reasons, resulting in that the blood supply in the abdomen is not going well, parenteral adipose tissue necrosis, fibrillation and calcification, white substances with smooth surface come into being, free in the abdominal cavity. (It’s seems very similar to the formation of pearls)

　　臨床上常見的“腹腔游離體”一般呈白色，外形橢圓，像蛋一般，材質卻像橡膠一般有彈性。多在剖腹探查或CT檢查時偶然發現的，很難估計發生率，也沒辦法預防。

Common clinical “Peritoneal Loose Body” is generally white, oval shape, like an egg, the material is as elastic as rubber. It’s discovered accidentally more by laparotomy or CT examination, and difficult to estimate the incidence, there is no way to prevent.

　　目前全世界有文獻記載的，直徑超過5釐米的PLB僅十幾例，而透明如水球的，在全國乃至全世界都極為罕見。

It’s well documented that there are only a dozen cases of PLB with a diameter of more than 5cm in the world. And the transparent PLB as water-polo is extremely rare in China and around the world.
