中國網浪潮資訊  浙江省人大常委會近日審議批准了杭州市人大常委會制定的《杭州市會展業促進條例》。該條例著眼于“大會展”發展理念，明確杭州市政府應當將會展業發展情況納入部門和地區考核，設立會展業發展扶持資金，打造國際會展之都、賽事之城。

Recently, the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress approved the Hangzhou MICE Industry Promotion Regulations formulated by the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal People's congress. The regulations focus on development concept of "MICE", and it is clear that Hangzhou municipal government should bring the development of MICE industry into the departmental and regional assessment, establish funds to support the development of MICE industry, and create a capital of international exhibition, the city of events.

　　經過十多年的發展，杭州市的大型會展運作能力顯著提升，綜合效益和帶動效應進一步顯現。杭州市人大常委會相關負責人表示，會展業已經成為杭州城市發展戰略的重要組成部分。而此次制定條例，主要從理順會展業管理體制、促進市場發展、強化政府服務等方面，解決杭州會展業發展存在的主要問題。

After more than 10 years of development, the operation capacity of large-scale exhibition of Hangzhou has been significantly improved, and the comprehensive benefits and driving effects have been demonstrated further. Relevant person in charge of Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress said that the MICE industry has become an important component of Hangzhou urban development strategy.
