During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, Chiang Dajin,a Xianju master-hand with balancing stones has shown his skill for many times in Xian Xian and Shengzhou. He made use of stones in the river, cleverly created a number of new work to praise the motherland and the party's, attracted Chinese and foreign tourists,and won high praise.

　　法國建築設計師西卡，巧遇蔣達進後，在水上交流疊石心得，曾當過作者的西卡説，我走南闖北到過中國不少地方，但還沒看到過類似的作品表演，蔣的作品令人括目相看，的確很美，可與世界疊石平衡大師pk。

French architect Sica, encountered Chiang Dajin by coincidence, and they exchange experience of stacked stones on the water. Sica, a former journalist said: “I travel extensively traveled to many places in China, but I have not seen a similar work performances.
