中國網浪潮資訊 國慶,大街小巷挂上了五星紅旗。國旗的設計者曾聯松于1917年12月17日出生在浙江瑞安一個普通知識分子家庭。
On national day, the five-star red flag hung on the streets. The designer of the flag, Zeng Liansong, was born on December 17th, 1917, in ordinary intellectuals family in Ryan, Zhejiang.
1949年7月中旬,《人民日報》等報刊登了徵求中華人民共和國國旗圖案的通知。不到一個月的時間收到了2992幅國旗圖案,經過層層篩選,同年9月27日,全國政協第一屆全體會議通過了以五星紅旗為國旗的決議。這面旗幟的圖案由一顆大星引導,四顆小星環繞周圍。大五角星象徵中國共産黨,四顆小星象徵廣大人民,人民緊緊地環繞在黨的周圍,團結戰鬥,從勝利走向勝利。
In mid July 1949, People's Daily and other newspapers published notices asking for on the design of the national flag of the People's Republic of China. In less than a month, 2,992 flag designs were received, after screening, on September 27th the same year, the first plenary session of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference adopted a resolution with the five-star red flag as the national flag. The pattern of the flag is guided by a large star, surrounded by four small stars. The big five stars symbolize the Communist Party of China, four small stars symbolize the people, the people tightly around the Party, unite to fight, from victory to victory.
1950年11月1日,曾聯松接到了中央人民政府委員會辦公廳的來函,對曾聯松的設計作了部分修改:抽掉了大星中的鐮刀斧頭,既可使圖案簡化,又避免給人以模倣蘇聯國旗的感覺。
On November 1st, 1950, Zeng Liansong received a letter from General Office of the Central People's Government Commission and made some modifications to the design of Zeng: removing the sickle axe from the big star can both simplify the design and avoid giving people the impression of imitating the Soviet flag.
從此,曾聯松的名字便和中華人民共和國國旗——五星紅旗聯繫在了一起。
Since then, Zeng's name has been linked with the the national flag of the People's Republic of China, the five-star red flag.
