中國網浪潮資訊 近日，在愛爾蘭科克市舉行的第三屆“國際學習型城市大會”上，杭州摘得“聯合國教科文組織學習型城市獎章”。

Recently, Hangzhou won the UNESCO Learning City Medal "in “the 3rd International Conference on Learning Cities” held in Kirk, Ireland.

　　“聯合國教科文組織學習型城市獎章”是聯合國教科文組織于2015年設立的一項國際雙年獎，旨在對全球範圍內那些在提升全民終身學習方面取得顯著進步的城市進行獎勵與表彰。此前，中國僅有北京是第一批（2015年）學習型城市獎章獲得者。

“UNESCO Learning City Medal” is an International Biennial Awards which UNESCO established in 2015. It aims to reward and recognize all the cities in the world that have made significant progress in promoting lifelong learning for all. Before this, only Beijing is only the first batch of (2015) winner of Learning City Medal in China.

　　在第二批獲得“聯合國教科文組織學習型城市獎章”的16個城市中，杭州是中國唯一獲獎的城市。

In the second batch of 16 cities which were awarded “UNESCO Learning City Medal”, Hangzhou is the only Chinese city to be awarded.

　　獲得這一殊榮，不僅使杭州創建學習型城市進入一個新高度，也為推進杭州城市國際化做出了積極貢獻。

Winning this award has not only enabled Hangzhou to build a learning city into a new height, but also made a positive contribution to promoting the internationalization of Hangzhou.
