　　車俊説，浙江是全國僑務資源大省，當前正在深入貫徹省第十四次黨代會精神，加快推進“兩個高水準”建設。希望中國海外交流協會進一步加強與浙籍海外僑胞和港澳同胞的聯絡聯繫，繼續關心支援在海外發展的浙江企業。希望廣大海外理事進一步發揮自身資源優勢，更多宣傳浙江，積極牽線搭橋，幫助浙江引進更多的世界知名企業和好項目、先進技術、高層次人才。

Che Jun said that Zhejiang is a major province of overseas Chinese Affairs, and it is carrying out the spirit of the 14th Congress of Party Representatives now and speeding up the construction of the" Two High Level”. He hopes the China Overseas Exchange Association can further strengthen contact with overseas Chinese and Hong Kong and Macao compatriots with Zhejiang nationals, and continue to care for the enterprises in Zhejiang which are developing overseas. He also hopes that the overseas members to further develop their own resources, propagate Zhejiang more, and help Zhejiang introduce more world-renowned enterprises and good projects, advanced technology, high-level talents actively.

Overseas directors said that these years, they personally feel great changes of Zhejiang, and are confident development of China and Zhejiang in the future. It is suggested that overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao should seize historical opportunities, participate in the development of Zhejiang, and work hand in hand with each other to achieve win-win development.
