Yuan Jiajun and Gou Zhongwen signed a contract on behalf of the Government of Zhejiang and State Physical Culture Administration separately

　　浙江省政府與國家體育總局24日在杭州簽署共建中國（浙江）國家游泳隊合作協議。

Government of Zhejiang signed a contract with State Physical Culture Administration in Hangzhou for building National Swimming Team of China (Zhejiang) on September 24th.

　　浙江省委副書記、省長袁家軍，國家體育總局局長茍仲文代表雙方簽約。浙江省副省長成岳衝、國家體育總局副局長蔡振華參加簽約儀式。

Yuan Jiajun, deputy secretary of Zhejiang provincial Party committee and governor of Zhejiang, and Gou Zhongwen, director of the State Physical Culture Administration signed on behalf of both parties. Cheng Yue Chong, deputy governor of Zhejiang, and Cai Zhenhua, deputy director of the State Physical Culture Administration attended the signing ceremony.

　　浙江省部共建中國（浙江）國家游泳隊，旨在弘揚突破創新、銳意進取的體育改革精神，積極推廣浙江省游泳隊的訓練、管理成功經驗，大力發展中國游泳事業。根據協議，中國（浙江）國家游泳隊實行領導小組負責制，組建若干由主教練（含外籍教練）負責、訓科醫結構完善、具備國際視野的複合型訓練團隊，採取年度考核，實行動態調整，實現扁平化管理。中國（浙江）國家游泳隊以目前浙江省游泳隊人員為基礎，按照國家游泳隊的組隊原則和標準，確定具體的隊伍規模，並進行教練員和運動員選拔，力爭在奧運會、亞運會等重大國際賽事上取得優異成績。
