　　根據協議，浙江省政府與環保部將共同推進部省共建美麗中國示範區建設；推進水專項治理、管理和飲用水安全保障三大技術體系成果在浙江省推廣，開展排污權許可證試點工作，助推“兩山”思想實踐示範區與生態文明之都建設；推進浙江省“五水共治”與水專項課題實施，支撐浙江省國家“水十條”考核指標全面實現；推進太湖流域“嘉興項目”與浙江片區“五水共治”長效管理機制創新與水環境品質改善整合示範研究工作，建立完善以河長制為核心的“五水共治”組織領導推進機制和考核評價體系；推動資訊系統部省對接工作，實現環保審批“最多跑一次”；推進水專項對浙江省“五水共治”頂層設計和總體方案編制的技術支撐工作，成立浙江省水專項總體專家組，協助浙江省深化鞏固治水成果。

According to the agreement, the Zhejiang provincial government and the Ministry of environmental protection jointly promote the province to build a beautiful Chinese demonstration area; promote the treatment, management of special water project and the safety of drinking water these three technology system results in Zhejiang, to carry out emission permits pilot work, boosting the construction of "two mountains" thought practice demonstration area and ecological civilization; promote the implementation of “a total of five water treatment” and water special project, support the full realization of Zhejiang province state “water ten” assessment indicators; promote the long-acting management mechanism innovation and the quality of the water environment integrated demonstration research work of "Jiaxing project" of Taihu basin and “a total of five water treatment” of Zhejiang area; establish and improve the organization leader promotion mechanism and assessment system of “a total of five water treatment” what take the river chief system as the core; promote the information system docking work between ministry and province, to achieve environmental approval " run up to a Second"; promote water special subject’s support work on the top-level design and overall program preparation of "a total of five water treatment" in Zhejiang Province, and set up an overall expert group of water special subject to assist in deepening the consolidate the water control achievements in Zhejiang.
