中國網浪潮資訊   2017國際海島旅遊大會召開在即，這個承載了45個國家、地區和國際組織、55個代表團參會的會議中心究竟是何面目？9月10日下午，中國網作者實地探訪位於朱家尖東沙的國際海島旅遊大會永久會址。會址入口處即為“鬥冠”中國風造型，入口處即可看到大海，背面是山，前面是海，可謂融中國風而通山達海。

The 2017 International Island Tourism Conference will be held soon. What is the feature of the conference center with 45 countries, regions and international organizations and 55 delegations? On the afternoon of September 10th, China Network reporters visited the permanent site of the International Island Tourism Conference in Dongsha, Zhujiajian. The entrance of the conference is the "Bucket Crown" of Chinese style. You can see the sea at the entrance, on the back is the mountain, and the front of it is the sea. It can be said that through the mountain and reach the sea, and with Chinese features.

　　據項目負責人介紹，國際海島旅遊大會永久性會址項目設計以海上絲綢之路為主題，將海洋與歷史地理文脈進行有機結合。項目于2016年9月開工建設，由國際會議中心和配套A區（公區和客房區）兩部分組成，總建築面積5.4萬平方米，由普陀山發展集團投資建設，總投資約10.5億元。

According to the person in charge of the project, the design of permanent site of the International Island Tourism Conference take the Maritime Silk Road as the theme, which combines the ocean with context of history and geography .The project started construction in September 2016. It consists of two parts: International Conference Center and Matching A District (public zone and guest room area). The total construction area is 54,000 square meters. It invested by the Mount Putuo Development Group, the total investment is about 1.05 billion yuan.

　　作者在國際會議中心現場看到，進入大廳的左手邊是海上絲綢之路裝飾畫，大廳四週墻面則以不同深淺的藍色瓷片來營造出海洋的色彩變化。在800人會議廳和300人會議廳，以及五個小會議廳內穿梭，隨處可見青花瓷門環、木屏風、圓柱等漢唐元素，傳達著氣勢恢宏、嚴整開朗，又明快大方的氣場。

The reporter at the International Conference Center saw that the left hand side of the hall was the decoration painting of Maritime Silk Road. The walls of the hall are painted with different shades of blue tiles to create the color change of the sea. Shuttled in the 800 person conference hall and the 300 person conference hall, as well as in five small conference halls, you can see elements of Han and Tang Dynasties, such as, door ring of blue and white porcelain, wooden screen, and cylinder everywhere, which conveys an aura of grandeur, solemn, and bright.

　　而配套A區的設計則以庭院組團的佈局，將絲綢之路沿途的建築風格：江南、東南亞、中東、地中海等風格融入，結合海島建築的特點而建，建成之後，這裡將成為一個特點鮮明的建築群。

The design of the Matching A District is based on the layout of the courtyard, which integrated the architectural styles along the Silk Road,such as Jiangnan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean and so on, and combined the characteristics of island architecture. When completed, it will become a distinctive architectural complex.

　　據了解， 2017國際海島旅遊大會由國家旅遊局和浙江省人民政府主辦，浙江省旅遊局和舟山市人民政府承辦，以“海島願景：新絲路 新機遇 新旅程”為主題。大會將於9月21日至23日召開。其中澳大利亞為主賓國。此外，將有內地旅遊城市代表、旅行社代表、金融與旅遊投資機構代表、旅遊研究機構專家在內核心嘉賓近300余人參加。

It is understood that the 2017 International Island Tourism Conference hosted by the National Tourism Administration and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, organized by the Tourism Bureau of Zhejiang Provinceand and the People's Government of Zhoushan, take "Island Vision: New Silk Road, New Opportunities, New Journey" as the theme. The conference will be held on from September 21st to 23rd.
