中國網浪潮資訊  9月8日，阿里巴巴集團在杭州舉辦員工大會，全球數萬名員工、客戶匯聚一堂，共同慶祝阿里巴巴集團的18歲生日。這是阿里巴巴成立以來規模最大的一次員工大會。

　　馬雲在會上對全體阿裏人提出要求説，未來必須要有“家國情懷”和“世界擔當”，只有“考慮這個國家，考慮這個社會，考慮世界的擔當，阿裏才會贏得尊重”。

　　今天的阿里巴巴已經成為一個新型經濟體，在未來更要成為全球第五大經濟體。經濟體和普通公司的區別就是，公司只考慮自己的利益，而經濟體要承擔社會責任。馬雲希望，未來為全世界解決1億的就業機會，服務20億的消費者，更希望能夠為1000萬家中小企業創造盈利的平臺。通過這個新的經濟體，及其搭建的基礎設施，讓全世界的年輕人、中小企業能夠做到全球買、全球賣、全球付、全球運和全球郵，能夠讓更多的發展中國家、中小企業和年輕人都能夠分享全球化的快樂、自由貿易的快樂以及創業、創新，都能夠嘗試到整個技術給自己帶來的好處，而不是壞處。

The difference between an economy and an ordinary company is that the company considers only its own interests, while the economy assumes social responsibility. Ma hopes to solve 100 million of employment opportunities and serve 2 billion consumers in the future. He hopes to create a profitable platform for the 10 million small and medium-sized enterprises. Through this new economy and its infrastructure, young people and small businesses around the world will be able to make global purchases, global sales, global payments, global transportation and global mail. It can make more and more developing countries, small and medium-sized enterprises and young people share the happiness of globalization and free trade,entrepreneurship and innovation, can experience the benefits of the whole technology, not the disadvantages.

　　根據最新的數據顯示，當前阿里巴巴的GMV已經是全球第21大經濟體，和阿根廷的經濟體量相當。馬雲説他希望在2036年阿里巴巴能夠進入前五大經濟體的行列。
　　According to the latest figures, now, Alibaba's GMV is the twenty-first largest economies in the world, and its economic size is comparable to that of Argentina. Ma said he hopes Alibaba will be able to enter the top five economies in 2036.
　　馬雲説，“阿里巴巴要把自己做好，未來5到10年，我們不是要超越誰，而是我們要為未來解決問題，要為中小企業、為年輕人、為我們當年‘讓天下沒有難做的生意這個承諾’去付諸於行動”。
　　Ma said,"Alibaba needs to do itself well, the next five to ten years, we're not going beyond someone, but we're going to solve problems for the future, and put it into action for small and medium-sized enterprises, for young people, and for the promise that there is no difficult business in the world, which we made in that year.

　　因而，他也跟員工説，“這個世界上永遠會有公司比我們更賺錢，永遠有公司比我們的模式更好，但是這個世界需要每一個人都必須有非常明確的，知道自己有什麼、要什麼和想做什麼。所以阿里巴巴可以失去一切，但是不能失去理想主義”。
　　So he said to the staffs,"Forever in this world there will be a company make more money than we do, and there is always a company that is better than our model, but the world needs everyone to have very clear goals, know what they have, what they want, and what they want to do. So Alibaba can lose everything, but not lose idealism.
